Providing even further diverse housing opportunities at Carseldine Village, we are very excited to announce that the Deluca Corporation has proposed Stage 2 of the Village Heart which is to be first of two residential complexes, and will feature 70 apartments.

The development is proposed to primarily feature 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units, alongside a selection of 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments and 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units with a multi-purpose room. The ground floor will be dedicated to commercial and retail spaces, with residents enjoying the benefits of an exclusive rooftop amenity. This stage also signifies the full completion of the publicly accessible Village Plaza. Work on Stage 2 is anticipated to commence in April 2025 and be completed in late 2026, subject to development approval.

Deluca Corporation is also currently carrying out design work on the final stage of the Village Heart which will include the construction of a second residential complex, further enhancing the diversity of housing within the Village. Work for this phase is set to begin in mid-2026 and finish in late 2027, subject to development approval.
