Development Approval granted for social and affordable residential apartments

On 25 November, Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) approved a development application for the construction of social and affordable residential apartments at Carseldine Village.

The approval provides for 152 residential dwellings consisting of 62 social and 90 affordable residential apartments.

Taking a bold step forward in our commitment to building an inclusive and inspired community, Carseldine Village is pleased to be providing even more home ownership opportunities through the delivery of social and affordable residential apartments.

Developed by St George Community Housing, an organisation focused on creating vibrant communities, the project is set to deliver 152 residential apartments and will be operated by Bric Housing. Construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2025 with completion expected towards the end of 2026.
