We are writing to inform you of upcoming road improvement works scheduled to begin on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, with completion anticipated within approximately three weeks, weather permitting. These works are part of our commitment to enhancing safety and accessibility in your area and will involve the demolition of the existing bike lane, along with the reinstatement of the footpath and kerb.

Work Hours:

Work will be carried out between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 pm but traffic control/delays will only be between 9:00am and 4:00pm to minimise disruptions, Monday through Friday. During these hours, there may be some noise and movement of equipment, but we are making every effort to ensure disruption is minimal and to maintain resident access throughout the duration of the project.

What to Expect:

• Local traffic access will be maintained but you may be stopped/delayed for a short period of timed.
• Pedestrian access will be preserved with minor detours if necessary.
• Safety signage and barriers will be in place for the protection of residents and pedestrians.
