Oxley PDA provides aged care development opportunity

28 September 2018

Registrations of Interest are being called for the delivery of an aged-care precinct within the Oxley Priority Development Area (PDA).

Minister for State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning, Cameron Dick said this is a great opportunity for a developer or potential buyer to get involved in delivering suitable housing options for our ageing population.

“We are seeking interest from the market for the sale and delivery of a retirement village, independent living, aged-care facility or a combination of these on a 1.45-hectare parcel of land in the 19-hectare PDA,” Mr Dick said.

Interested parties can obtain a copy of the ROI information memorandum by visiting QTender (www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders/) and searching DSDMIP-EDQ-0987-18.

The ROI will be open from 17 September 2018 through to 2pm on 8 November 2018.
